Julie turned to yoga in 2001 to help aid in recovery from a sport related injury. Amy Feucht

I have been practicing yoga for 8 years. I am a bookish, coffeehouse non- athlete who fell in love with the practice of yoga. I used to be less than kind to my body and this practice has helped me discover ways of calming my busy, rapid mind and finding ease of being.  My class will be Vinyassa with Forest influences that mix smart sequences, sweet breath and maybe some special charms of chanting, meditation or “new” poses. For me, Yoga is a place for bravery, sanctuary and joy. I want you to bring your genuine self sowe can have fun, kindness and lots of mistakes. It is more important to me to find a place whereI am at home within my own body and breath then to be focused on: “getting it right”. I find theasanas come when I enjoy the practice of exploration. In my class we will try lots of things and find some new places in ourselves and with each other.  I believe in serious yoga- for silly people! You are SO invited! I trained with David Vendetti at South Boston Yoga in 500 hours of Yoga and Bodywork training.

Jennifer knew from early on in her yoga practice that she wanted to share with ALL the healing qualities of yoga. Teaching has been a heartfelt blessing! She is a conduit for those seeking balance, peace, and harmony in their lives. She believes yoga should be filled with freedom, grace, and laughter on and off the mat. Jennifer teaches a powerful flow emphasizing strength and lightness, allowing the mind to relax and the heart to shine!
